Remote areas
If your address is in a remote area, your delivery may take longer. You can search your postcode with the relevant courier (see above).
PO boxes
We deliver to PO boxes in the USA (USPS) and Canada (Canada Post). PO box deliveries may take longer due to limited carrier choice.
In the USA, if your street address is incompatible with USPS, please use a PO box for free delivery.

Address changes and rearranging delivery
If you have noticed an error on your shipping address, please get in touch with us as soon as possible so that we can try to amend this before it is shipped out. Unfortunately if your order has already been dispatched we will be unable to amend your shipping address.
You will receive shipping notifications to your email address, so please ensure you give the correct email address at check-out.
